The Page Borders button is located at the top of the Page Background section of the ribbon. Whether you’re creating a brochure or an invitation, Word lets you choose from a variety of black-and-white options. If you want to make a document that will stand out more visually, simply include a page border. This will open a dialog box where you can specify the margins for your document. Another way is to go to the ‘Page Layout’ tab and in the ‘Page Setup’ group, click the ‘Margins’ button. This will open a menu with various border options.
One way is to go to the ‘Home’ tab and in the ‘Paragraph’ group, click the ‘Border’ button.
There are several ways to add a border line or margin in Word.
